STRONG Run Club is a monthly Brooklyn-based 5K for mothers in every stage of becoming -- from trying to conceive and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.
Hosted by Taylor Rae Roman, a former Reebok athlete and FP Movement Ambassador who previously led FP Movement’s flagship run club, STRONG was created as a space to move, reconnect, and build community without pressure or performance.
Motherhood can change how we experience our bodies. STRONG offers a place to return to movement with curiosity, confidence, and support -- one mile at a time.
All paces and experience levels are welcome. Walk, jog, or run with us.

Where to Find Us
For the remainder of 2026, STRONG Run Club will meet at Giggles and Wiggles in Greenpoint, entering from Noble Street. It’s our neighborhood home base for monthly runs and community connection. The store is about an eight-minute walk from the G train at Greenpoint Avenue, and it is also accessible by the B24, B32, B43, and B62 buses and the NYC Ferry at the Greenpoint landing on India Street. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood, though we recommend allowing extra time to find a spot.
