Taylor brings together experience across media, human rights, fitness, education, and community-building.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and a BA from NYU in Drama and English & American Literature. Her professional background includes human-rights programming, DEI education, nearly a decade in fitness and wellness, and community-centered work with organizations including Columbia University, NYU, Reebok, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Girls Inc., and Rumble.
She is also the creator and host of Since I Became a Mother, where she leads thoughtful conversations with mothers and experts about identity, maternal mental health, relationships, wellness, and the realities of becoming a mother.
Taylor has experience as a speaker, moderator, host, interviewer, educator, and facilitator, making her equally comfortable leading a panel, interviewing a guest, delivering remarks, or guiding a live conversation.

Taylor brings an academic foundation in literature, performance, human rights, and social-impact research to her work as a storyteller and speaker.
Holds an MA in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University, where her research examined mass incarceration and access to movement, exercise, and outdoor recreation for incarcerated women of color in New York correctional facilities.
Earned a BA in Drama and English & American Literature from New York University, graduating with honors and receiving the Founder’s Day Award.
