    Taylor brings an academic foundation in literature, performance, human rights, and social-impact research to her work as a storyteller and speaker.

    • Holds an MA in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University, where her research examined mass incarceration and access to movement, exercise, and outdoor recreation for incarcerated women of color in New York correctional facilities.

    • Earned a BA in Drama and English & American Literature from New York University, graduating with honors and receiving the Founder’s Day Award.

    • Has contributed to academic communities through student leadership, human-rights programming, research, and advisory work.

  • Media, Hosting & Storytelling

    Taylor combines a background in performance with a natural ability to lead honest, emotionally resonant conversations.

    • Previously created and hosted On the Outside, a podcast centered on belonging and the experiences that leave people feeling unseen or excluded.

    • Previously worked as a professional actor, including a role as June in Succession and on the Broadway National Tour of Motown the Musical.

    • Experienced as a speaker, interviewer, moderator, event host, voiceover artist, and spoken-word storyteller, with motherhood poetry reaching millions of viewers online.

    Movement has been central to Taylor’s professional life for more than a decade—and continues to shape how she thinks about identity, community, and well-being.

    • Spent nearly a decade working as a professional boxing, strength, and group-fitness trainer.

    • Former Reebok athlete and FP Movement Ambassador, where she led the brand’s flagship run club in partnership with HOKA.

    • Founder of STRONG Run Club, a Brooklyn-based community helping mothers reconnect with movement and one another without pressure or performance.

  • Human Rights & Advocacy

    Her advocacy work focuses on transforming complex social issues into human, accessible conversations that inspire reflection and action.

    • Served as Assistant Director of Just Ideas at Columbia University, supporting educational programming inside New York correctional facilities.

    • Co-founded ACTIV-ISM, an anti-racism wellness company created to build more inclusive and equitable fitness spaces.

    • Co-authored ACTIV-ATING: Your Vocabulary, a practical guide for navigating conversations about race and racism.

  • Leadership, Education & Community-Building

    Across education, fitness, media, and events, Taylor has consistently built spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and equipped to participate.

    • Former DEI Manager at Rumble, leading inclusion initiatives and education across a national fitness organization.

    • Has designed and facilitated workshops for companies and communities on race, wellness, belonging, and inclusive leadership.

    • Brings experience overseeing programs, partnerships, events, instructors, interns, and cross-functional teams while keeping connection at the center.

    Taylor works with brands to develop storytelling that feels polished and strategic while remaining personal, useful, and genuinely connected to her community.
